6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize Morden Health Lab to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price disclosed at the time of purchase (for example, monthly or every 30 days), until you cancel.

Key terms you agree to:

  • The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
  • The recurring price, frequency, and product will be clearly displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
  • You can cancel at any time before the next billing date by:
    • Logging into your account on our website, or
    • Emailing us at contact@mordenhealthlab.org with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line.
  • Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle. Charges already processed are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
  • We will send a reminder email before any annual or long-cycle renewal where required by law.

Your continued use of the subscription and acceptance of shipments constitute authorization for recurring charges.

7. Refunds & Returns

We offer a 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the delivery date on eligible orders. Full eligibility requirements, exclusions, and the return process are described in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

  • Customers must contact contact@mordenhealthlab.org before sending any return.
  • Original shipping fees, priority shipping fees, expedited handling, and tips are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

8. Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated transit times:
    • U.S. delivery: 5 to 9 business days
    • International delivery: 7 to 12 business days
  • Tracking information may take 2 to 5 business days to update after dispatch.
  • Due to ongoing global shipping disruptions, some orders may take up to 60 days to arrive. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Good-Faith Resolution First. Before initiating any dispute, chargeback, or legal action, you agree to first contact our Support Team at contact@mordenhealthlab.org and allow us a reasonable opportunity (no less than 7 business days) to resolve the matter.

Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

  • Provide your card issuer with this agreement, order records, tracking information, communication history, and delivery proof as evidence in any dispute.
  • Refuse future service to customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
  • Pursue collection of disputed amounts where chargebacks are determined to be invalid.

Informal Resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably by emailing us. We are committed to making things right.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
