Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Morden Health Lab. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the information below so you know what to expect after placing your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after our daily cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods (holidays, product launches, or major sales), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and the shipping method you select.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5 to 9 business days
  • International: 7 to 12 business days

These delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season congestion, or other circumstances outside our control.

In rare cases of significant carrier disruption, delivery may take up to 60 days. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this possibility. If your order is affected by an extended delay, please contact us at contact@mordenhealthlab.org and we will work with you to resolve it.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Tracking information may take 2 to 5 business days to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch. If your tracking does not update within this window, please contact us before assuming an issue.

For orders containing multiple items, your products may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is normal and not a sign of a problem.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by your country of delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Morden Health Lab is not responsible for:

  • Duties, taxes, or customs fees of any kind
  • Delays caused by customs clearance or inspection
  • Packages refused, returned, or destroyed by customs

If a package is returned to us due to customs refusal, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, and refunds (if eligible) will exclude original shipping costs.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, and any delivery instructions required for successful delivery.

Morden Health Lab is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, including packages that are:

  • Lost due to address errors
  • Returned to sender
  • Delivered to a previous address on file

Address Changes

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at contact@mordenhealthlab.org with your order number and the corrected address.

We will do our best to update the address before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched. Address changes after dispatch are at the carrier's discretion and may incur additional fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.
  2. Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side entrance, package locker).
  3. Wait 2 to 3 business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages "delivered" prematurely.
  4. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at contact@mordenhealthlab.org within 7 days of the "delivered" status.

We will provide you with:

  • Proof of delivery from the carrier
  • Tracking history and delivery address on file
  • Carrier contact information to file a claim

Important: Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Morden Health Lab is not responsible for theft, misplacement, or unauthorized handling of the package. These cases must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier or, where applicable, your local authorities.

If your package is in transit but has not moved for 15+ business days, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused at delivery,
  • Not picked up from the carrier's facility within their holding period, or
  • Returned to sender for any reason caused by the customer (including incorrect address, failure to pay duties, or not being available for signature),

the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier. These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel shipments to certain regions or addresses due to:

  • Carrier service limitations
  • Local, state, or international legal restrictions
  • High-risk shipping zones
  • Suspected fraudulent orders
  • P.O. Box or freight forwarder addresses (case-by-case)

If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund of the order.

Damaged Packages on Arrival

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging, the product, and the shipping label before opening further.
  2. Contact us at contact@mordenhealthlab.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos.

We will arrange a free replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
